What differentiates this night from all [other] nights? On all [other] nights we eat chametz and matzah; this night, only matsa? On all [other] nights we eat other vegetables; tonight (only) marror. On all [other] nights, we don't dip [our food], even one time; tonight [we dip it] twice. On [all] other nights, we eat either sitting or reclining; tonight we all recline.

A few grammar notes:
  1. instead of v/matzah we say 00/matzah (and matzah) because the vav doesn't like to be before another sound that comes from the lips.
  2. the tsadee in matzah means that you can clap on that tsah because the stress (louder part) of the word falls there מַצָּה
  3. sheh (that) + b (in) + kohl (all) becomes sheh/be/khol because the words all combine and the kaf loses its dot, becoming a kh
  4. pa'ammim becomes fa'ammim after the yod in the previous word
