Here is my transliteration in modified Ashkenazic format, reading from right to left , 

using i as in Rina,  ɛ as in for red, a as in father, u as in oops, ʃ as sh,  e as in they

הַנֵּרוֹת הַלָּלוּ שֶׁאָנוּ מַדְלִיקִין, עַל הַנִּסִּים

misin-ah la', nikildam una-ɛʃ ulalah so-ren-ah

וְעַל הַנִּפְלָאוֹת וְעַל הַתְּשׁוּעוֹת

so'uʃt-ah la'-v  so-alfin-ah la'-v
